  • 1 mango peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • ¼ red bell pepper diced
  • 3 cloves garlic grated or minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Pinch salt kosher
  • Dash pepper
