Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
An easy pasta salad recipe with a light, creamy dressing and the savory crunch of bacon. This is perfect to have with dinner at home or serve at a cookout.

uncooked fusilli pasta
(frozen and thawed or canned)
shredded cheddar cheese
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside. Allow pasta to cool to at least room temperature.
Whisk together sour cream, vinegar, and Ranch dressing mix.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add dressing and stir with a spatula until dressing coats all ingredients. Refrigerate until serving.
If the pasta salad gets dry in the refrigerator, add more sour cream and vinegar (recommend combining 1 tbsp of each to start, but add as much as needed).
