This was the original reason I decided to make fried green tomatoes the other night. I had a repair person out for my lower oven that keeps turning itself on (yikes!) When we couldn’t get it to replicate the issue, I decided it would be logical to make bacon in the upper oven since that’s what I was doing the last few times the lower oven turned itself on. Of course then I had to figure out what to have for dinner, and I had all of this bacon to eat, so I decided on a BLT. When I was at the store getting lettuce, I also snagged some green tomatoes, because a fried green tomato BLT seemed even better.

This is seriously the best sandwich I’ve ever made. The fried green tomatoes were perfect, the bacon was crispy, and the sriracha ranch added a nice kick.
